Having a "Difficult Root Canal" is nobody's idea of a fun way to spend an afternoon... but if you have to have one, need one, then Dr. Jacqueline Lopez and her staff at 562 endodontics will not disappoint. From entering the office to a warm welcome, to meeting the staff and getting settled in the surgery, I felt reassured. Surrounded by state of the art technology and a 3D x-ray, Dr. Lopez explained in the detail what the problem was and how she was going to fix it. The procedure was difficult, not painful but stressful, however the music of the 90's, courtesy of Google, and the staff humming and singing along was charming and relaxing. When all the work was done successfully, I was so grateful for the professionalism and kindness of everyone I encountered. It is with pleasure that I highly recommend Dr. Lopez and her staff at 562 endodontics.

I shadowed at the clinic here as a student, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the clinic! The entire team at 562 Endodontics are true professionals in their field. The clinic was stunning and very clean. The staff is very warm and friendly as well. The clinic was organized and very well put-together. Communication with reception was very accessible as the receptionist would get back to me promptly and answered my questions as a shadowing student. As for the shadowing experience, Dr. Jacqueline Lopez cleared any questions I had about the procedures and explained the steps in a concise manner. I can't say enough good about Claudia, she was absolutely terrific. When the pain in my tooth jumped to a different level, Claudia not only moved my appointment ahead, but also extended the length of my appointment, to take it from a consultation to allowing time to treat the problem. Dr. Friedman was kind and courteous as I had remembered him when I saw him approximately 15 years ago. Dr. Friedman's assistant Lisa was absolutely wonderful as well. Lisa was very kind, friendly and professional. They were unable to fix my problem, but it was certainly no fault of theirs. I have nothing but good to say about 562 endodontics.
